Specialty Services accepts Paypal, cash on delivery(cod terms), personal and business checks and credit cards thru google checkout...google checkout places 14 day hold on payments, therefore item will be shipped in 14 days.

What if I recieve damaged merchandise?

Refurbished items are 100% tested and guaranteed to be in perfect working condition. These items are sold as is, If for some reason you are dis-satisified with a product and are willing to pay the return shipping, send the item with statement as to why or what the issue is to att: Jim, and we will review the product and issue at hand. If there is an issue, we will replace the item or extend credit to you in most cases.

How are new items ordered?
